Bruce McIndoe | CEO

Bruce is a recognized leader in the risk management, travel, and intelligence industries. An iJET founder, Bruce has been the key contributor to the company’s strategic growth, securing its position as a leader in business resiliency with the development of the Worldcue® Global Control Center. Prior to joining iJET, Bruce was founder and CEO of CSSI, an Inc. 500 and four-time Washington Technology FAST 50 company that developed software for the intelligence community. He has also served as a lead architect on intelligence programs for the US government.

He is a trustee of Allegheny College, where he received a BS in Physics, and holds a MS in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University.


John Rose | Chief Operating Officer

John joined iJET in 2012 and oversees day-to-day operations, including the company's intelligence, response operations, and business development. Prior to joining iJET, John spent 14 years at Travel Guard Worldwide, an AIG company, where he held the position of President, TravelGuard Assist. He also worked as Program Director of the US Department of Defense's Travel and Information Department in Naples, Italy, for four years. Throughout his career, John has built a deep expertise in servicing complex international travel operations, focusing on risk management, security and cost containment.

John is an active member of MENSA and a prior member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). After majoring in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Kansas, John served as a US Marine for six years and is a frequent speaker and subject matter expert on international travel risk.


Nuno Pereira

Nuno Pereira | Chief Technology Officer

Nuno Pereira joined iJET in 2014 and is responsible for technology operations and product innovation. The product research and development division, called iJET Labs, is comprised of innovation centers located in Maryland, Virginia, and London. He directs iJET's current and future systems architecture, design, development and operations. With 20 years of experience, Nuno most recently served as the CTO for Incentive Technology Group, which specializes in Software-as-a-Service delivery of Business Process Management and Asset Management solutions. Prior to that, he had an extended career at IBM, where he experienced every facet of IT including consulting services, software development, hardware deployment, and technical sales. Nuno is a Computer Science graduate from the University of Maryland, College Park.


Chris Brozenick | Vice President, Product Strategy

Chris joined iJET in 2016 and is responsible for iJET’s overall product strategy and product management capability. Over the past 20 years, Chris has held leadership roles in product management and product marketing in start-ups as well as larger organizations across a wide variety of enterprise and consumer markets. In his early career, Chris grew into increasing product roles and then leading a $250MM product line in the telecom monitoring market that was ultimately acquired by JDSU. Chris then joined WeatherBug / Earth Networks as VP of product, where he conceptualized and then built the mobile and consumer business unit that became the second largest and popular weather application for both iOS and Android. Last year, this business was acquired by location-based advertising network xAd. Chris also served as the head of Mobile Apps Ecosystem for VT iDirect, and VP product at Livesafe Inc. In his spare time, Chris has worked to mentor and grow new entrepreneurs at the Halcyon Incubator, a Washington, DC based non-profit for social entrepreneurs.

Chris graduated from Purdue University with his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, and later received his MBA from The Johns Hopkins University.


Mike Briskey

Mike Briskey | Chief Financial Officer

Mike Briskey joined iJET in 2014 with a long history serving in senior finance roles at high-growth business and consumer service companies. Mike is responsible for the company’s finance, accounting, treasury, and administrative operations and will also assist in the management of the mergers & acquisitions program at iJET. Most recently, Mike was CFO for Academic Partnerships, which assists universities in creating and growing online degree programs. Prior to that, he was CFO for ATX Group, which provides responsive safety and security services for Mercedes-Benz, BMW and Toyota/Lexus. He also served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer at ACE Cash Express, one of the largest retail financial services companies in the U.S. In this role, Mike was also responsible for real estate (1,200+ locations), risk management and mergers & acquisitions. Mike earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame, and his MBA from Loyola University Maryland.


Charlie Terry | Senior Vice President

Charlie is responsible for iJET’s strategic business planning and aligning iJET's product planning and marketing functions with iJET's vision. Charlie is an experienced high-tech B2B go-to-market executive with over 30 years of experience in software, online services and e-content. He has hands-on expertise across multiple disciplines, including sales, sales management, product marketing, financial management and software engineering, and he has applied his skills across multiple industries including e-publishing, software, financial services, and healthcare. His professional experience includes 14 years with CompuServe, 9 years as CEO of COMTEX News Network, President of MarketResearch.com, and most recently a consultant to CEO's seeking go-to-market and strategic business assistance.

Charlie graduated from Brown University with a major in Management Science. He has served on a variety of advisory boards and is the previous chairman of the Glimpse Foundation, founded to promote cross-cultural communication.


Stephen D. Foley | Senior Vice President, Global Sales

Stephen Foley is an accomplished sales leader in the technology industry with proven expertise in enterprise software, business intelligence, applications solutions, data analytics, cyber security software, physical security and software as a service. With over 25 years of experience, Steve has held senior leadership roles responsible for business development, sales execution, marketing and customer service. Before joining iJET, Steve was Managing Partner with Involved Sales, a leading consulting firm delivering comprehensive business strategy, sales coaching and consulting services that help organizations drive transformation, innovation and growth. Prior to that, Steve served as SVP and General Manager of Americas for the Video Intelligence Division with Verint Systems, a global leader in Actionable Intelligence solutions. Steve led a team of 130 individuals in a $100M business serving 10,000 customers in the finance, retail and enterprise critical infrastructure markets. He has also served as VP Global Accounts & Public Sector at Cognos, an IBM company. During his time at Cognos, he successfully launched Impromptu and Power Play, Cognos' flagship products. 
 
Steve is the published author of Complex Sales Playbook, where he outlines the benefits of refining processes to close big-ticket technology sales. His original "playbook" presentations have been used to enforce sales methodology for hundreds of sales managers and leaders. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Michigan State University.

Theresa M. Thomas

Theresa M. Thomas | Senior Vice President, Powered by iJET

Theresa Thomas is Senior Vice President of the Powered by iJET Business Unit and responsible for building partnerships to enable organizations to deliver insight through iJET’s people and location-centric intelligence and services. In her current role, Theresa is responsible for building a two-way ecosystem of content, intelligence and services that serve the B2B2B markets with a focus on top tier 3rd party technology and servicing organizations. During her 20+ year career, Theresa has worked in numerous companies’ across the travel industry, holding several leadership positions within the B2B and B2C environments. Most recently, these include Chief Marketing Officer with a leading travel publisher, President of her own Strategic Marketing firm and thirteen plus year’s highlighted by recruitment, promotion and retention by leading firms including American Express, Federal Express and AT&T. Theresa is from Ohio but has lived in Southern New Jersey since 1996.


Mark V. Donohue | Senior Vice President, Customer Success

Mark is responsible for overseeing iJET’s Customer Success program, including consulting, customized security operation centers, and education and training. He brings over 22 years of program management and leadership experience to iJET. Previously, Mark served as the Senior Program Manager at iJET, where he established and maintained the Program Management Office and was responsible for several large-scale programs, both commercial and government. Prior to joining iJET, Mark was Senior Director of Satellite Communication Division at TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. (TCS), where he directed the day-to-day operations of a Satellite Communications Operations Center and its engineering team. During his tenure at TCS, Mark held multiple program management positions in the areas of satellite and terrestrial telecommunications and wireless carrier software for both government and commercial programs. Mark is a trustee and graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy. He also spent eight years as a Naval Surface Warfare Officer filling both engineering and operational roles.


Eric Boger

Eric Boger | Vice President, Director of Global Intelligence

Mr. Boger is responsible for establishing and reinforcing iJET’s standards for eliciting and solidifying requirements from stakeholders, building collection plans, selecting and conducting appropriate analytic methods, and disseminating timely, relevant, and actionable insights to iJET’s clients and partners. iJET’s intelligence products and services support some of the world’s largest and most prominent international enterprises. Previously, Mr. Boger was the Director of iJET’s Executive Decision Support (XDS) division, iJET’s bespoke and requirements-driven intelligence function. Prior to that post, Eric led iJET’s Border Security Program in support of US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) initiatives to leverage open source intelligence. Mr. Boger has been managing intelligence teams for over ten years. Eric honed his own analytical skills studying security and political issues in support of US Department of Defense efforts in Europe and the Horn of Africa. He holds a Master of Arts Degree in Diplomacy and Military Studies from Hawaii Pacific University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Vassar College. He has international travel experience in Eastern Europe, South East Asia, the Horn of Africa, and the Gulf States.


Ellen Ryan | General Counsel & Corporate Secretary

Ellen joined iJET in 2007.  In addition to her role as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, she serves as Chief Compliance Officer for iJET.  Ellen is responsible for all legal and compliance matters for iJET, including contracting, data privacy, mergers and acquisition, intellectual property and corporate compliance matters. She brings more than 15 years of legal experience to iJET.  Previously, Ellen served as Senior Counsel for Manugistics, Inc., a global provider of supply chain management software solutions where she oversaw the company’s international legal matters and intellectual property filings. Ellen has extensive experience in corporate matters and contract negotiation. She is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University and has a JD from The National Law Center at the George Washington University.
