Our Response Coordination staff are drawn from a variety of life experiences in order to select the right person for the job. Our Operations Team consists of a core of professionals tasked with advising, planning, and conducting security operations to safeguard or rapidly act to remove client personal from dangerous situations.

This service, managed by our Global Integrated Operations Center (GIOC), avails you the expertise of our response operations team for expert intelligence, security advice, and emergency assistance.
The global emergency hotline is staffed by our Response Operation Center (ROC) and provides sustained communications and coordination to maintain a “leaning forward” posture to minimize WorldAware’s time to act on your behalf. You employees will have a single, dedicated number to call for travel, health, and security issues from anywhere in the world.

Worldcue® Critical Monitor service ensures constant monitoring of impact of incidents and developments globally against your organization’s global footprint, monitoring the world for critical events that may impact your people. Our Response Operations Center dynamically generates reports detailing employees or expats potentially impacted critical alerts given the impact radius of these WorldAware issued alertd. We then notify your designated points of contact, provide an Impact Assessment, and provide tailored advice and immediate mitigation options.
