Personal Information Is Collected You provide certain Personal
Information to us when you: (a) register to use the services, (b) register
for free newsletters, (c) complete questionnaires, (d) order products and
services from us and (e) send email messages, submit forms or send other information
to us. In addition, in order to obtain
personalized Worldcue® TRAVELER reports, you must first
complete the profile form. In this form, you are required to give your
contact information (such as name and email address). This information is
used to contact you about iJET services for which you have expressed
interest. It is optional for you to provide personal information (such as
health and activity information), and unique identifiers, but encouraged so
that iJET can provide a more personalized Worldcue TRAVELER report. If you choose to pay for iJET
services by credit card, you will be required to provide us the name of your
credit card issuer, credit card number and expiration date. We may
use a browser feature called a "cookie." A cookie is a piece of
data stored on your hard drive containing information about your browser
session. Use of this type of cookie is in no way linked to any personally
identifiable information. Cookies used on this website are referred to as
'session' cookies and are automatically deleted once you close your browser We may collect Personal Information
from you at other points on our site that state that Personal Information is
being collected. In the event of a complaint, we may also receive Personal
Information about you from other users or third parties who may communicate

travel agency, Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Sabre, or data

profile you provide. We do not sell or provide your

you expressly agree in advance to let us do so. In particular, we do not use

purpose other than payment processing and order confirmation (using the last
four digits). If you elect to use our referral
service for informing a friend about our site, we ask you for the friend's
name and email address. iJET will automatically send
the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. iJET stores this information for the sole purpose of
sending this one-time email. The friend may contact iJET at ijet_privacy@ijet.com
to request the removal of this information from our database. We use your information on an
aggregated basis (not personally identifiable) to do such things as operate
our site, enhance our site, and sell and deliver messages. We may disclose
aggregated information about our users but that information contains no
Personal Information. With

important to us, due to legal rules beyond our control, we cannot fully
ensure that your private communications and other Personal Information will not

takes precautions to protect our users' information. When users submit
sensitive information via our website, that information is protected both
online and off-line. When our registration and personal
profile forms ask users to enter sensitive information (such as travel,
health and activity information), that information is protected using
industry-standard SSL encryption. While on a secure page, such as our profile
form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator
and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or
open, when you are just 'surfing.' SSL is an acronym for Secure Sockets

personal information from individuals, it will inform them about the type of
personal information collected, the purposes for which it collects and uses
the personal information, and the types of non-agent third parties to which
iJET discloses or may disclose that information, and the choices and means,
if any, iJET offer individuals for limiting the use and disclosure of their
personal information. Notice will be provided in clear and conspicuous
language when individuals are first asked to provide personal information to
iJET, or as soon as practicable thereafter, and in any event before iJET uses

was originally collected or subsequently authorized by the individual. iJET will provide
individuals with reasonable mechanisms to exercise their choices. If an iJET product
or service is purchased by an individual’s employer on behalf of the
individual, the employer will determine the method and means by which the
individual will be provided opt-out and opt-in mechanisms. Data
Integrity: iJET will use personal information only in ways that are
compatible with the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently
authorized by the individual. iJET will take
reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is relevant to its
intended use, accurate, complete, and current. If an iJET product or service is purchased by
an individual’s employer on behalf of the individual, the employer may use
personal information for purposes of risk management and/or crisis response. Transfer
to Agents: iJET will obtain assurances from their agents that they will
safeguard personal information consistently with this Policy. Where iJET
become aware that an agent is using or disclosing personal information in a
manner contrary to this Policy, iJET will take reasonable steps to prevent or
stop the use or disclosure. Access
and Correction: Upon request, iJET will grant individuals reasonable access to
personal information that it holds about them. In addition, iJET will take
reasonable steps to permit individuals to correct, amend, or delete
