What Kind of Security Procedures We Use to Protect the Loss, Misuse, or Alteration of Your Personal Information Under Our Control

iJET takes precautions to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via our website, that information is protected both online and off-line.

When our registration and personal profile forms ask users to enter sensitive information (such as travel, health and activity information), that information is protected using industry-standard SSL encryption. While on a secure page, such as our profile form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just 'surfing.'

SSL is an acronym for Secure Sockets Layer, and is a protocol for transmitting private documents via the Internet. SSL works by using a private key to encrypt data that's transferred over the SSL connection. Most major browsers support SSL.
