iJET Appoints Chief Financial Officer

Former Supply Chain Software Executive to Oversee Financial Growth

Annapolis, Maryland - May 21, 2007

iJET Intelligent Risk Systems, a leading provider of global intelligence, operational risk management technology and integrated emergency response services, announced today that Kelly Davis-Stoudt has joined the company as chief financial officer.

Davis-Stoudt previously served as acting chief financial officer for Manugistics Group, Inc., a global provider of supply chain management software solutions, where she worked for 10 years in various capacities to lead and shape the financial operations of the business.

“Kelly has a proven record of successfully managing finance organizations while increasing productivity, efficiency and profitability,” said Marty Pfinsgraff, iJET COO. “Her financial leadership and international experience will be a tremendous asset to iJET as it continues to grow its operations domestically and overseas.”

As CFO of Manugistics, Davis-Stoudt was a key member of the executive management team and oversaw the financial preparations and activities leading to the company’s acquisition by JDA Software Group in July 2006. At Manugistics, Davis-Stoudt had also held the positions of vice president, controller and chief accounting officer.

Prior to her tenure at Manugistics, Davis-Stoudt served as a senior accountant for Arthur Andersen LLP. She is a licensed CPA and a graduate of the University of Maryland.
