ARINC to Provide Customers with Global Intelligence Services from iJET

Annapolis, Maryland - November 9, 2005 - ARINC Direct today announced an agreement with iJET Intelligent Risk Systems, a leading provider of risk management and crisis response services, to provide detailed destination intelligence to business jet operators as an integrated part of the ARINC Direct suite of flight services.

"Corporations and individuals today need to be aware of conditions around the world in order to mitigate the risks of international travel," stated Dave Poltorak, ARINC Vice President, Business Aviation Services. "The natural time to obtain the latest and best destination intelligence is when the flight plan is being prepared."

Customers using the ARINC Direct flight planning service will automatically have real-time access to iJET's global intelligence database, where they can retrieve pertinent information on current risks and situations in their destination city or country, from weather conditions and political climate to terrorist threats and vaccination requirements. The integrated service is provided to ARINC Direct subscribers at no additional cost.

"We're pleased to be partnering with ARINC to add an exciting new dimension to their first-class flight support services,' said Rich Melody, iJET's Vice President of Intelligence Operations. "iJET's patented process for gathering and disseminating time- sensitive intelligence related to global destinations should be of value to private aviation operators seeking to enhance preparedness and avoid incidents."

Annapolis-based iJET provides 400 multinational organizations with global intelligence, asset protection and operational risk management services. Earlier this year, the company was issued a patent for its electronic systems for matching intelligence with traveler profiles to provide value-added services to corporations and their traveling employees, including pre-trip briefs and real-time alerts.
