iJET Names Henry DeGeneste as Vice President of Risk Management

Annapolis, Maryland - July 14, 2005 - iJET, a leading provider of enterprise risk management technology and integrated crisis response services, today announced that Henry "Hank" DeGeneste has joined the firm's executive team as Vice President of Risk Management. In his new position, DeGeneste will contribute to the firm's overall business strategy and serve as a hands-on advisor to the security intelligence and product development teams. DeGeneste brings to iJET over thirty years of experience in risk management, law enforcement, criminal investigation and emergency response across federal, state and local levels.

For the past fifteen years, DeGeneste has focused his work exclusively on corporate and global security management where he served as the Vice President of Global Security at Prudential Financial, as well as a member of the firm´s Crisis Management Committee. At Prudential, DeGeneste devised and managed all non-IT security strategies for the firm and its subsidiaries. Prior to his tenure at Prudential, DeGeneste served as Director of Public Safety and Superintendent of Police for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, where he began his career as a police officer in 1967.

A trusted voice in the security and risk management industries, DeGeneste is actively involved with various groups and associations such as the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), for which he served as Chairman of the New York City Chapter. DeGeneste also served on a special New York State Senate Anti-Terrorism Sub-committee and is a member of the Center for Strategic and International Studies' Transnational Threats Audit Advisory Group.

DeGeneste remains active in the law enforcement community through teaching, volunteer work, and his service on several boards of directors. He is a graduate of the Federal Bureau of Investigation National Executive Institute IX and has authored various articles along with a textbook entitled, Policing Transportation Facilities, published by Charles Thomas in 1994. DeGeneste is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Fraud Consultant.
