iJET Expands Mission, Unveils New Brand

Annapolis, Maryland - April 25, 2005 - iJET today unveiled its new brand and extended mission, both of which reflect the company's expansion beyond travel-related risk management solutions. Over the past 12 months, iJET has broadened its scope of products and services to help clients monitor, protect against, and respond to threats that impact all of their physical assets and operations, not just travelers.

"iJET's brand change is part of the natural progression of a maturing company with a successful track record and an innovative vision for an expanding market."

Bruce McIndoe,
iJET Chairman & CEO
"The solid growth in our client base over the past several years has given us the market feedback critical to setting our future strategy," said Bruce McIndoe, iJET Chairman and CEO. "While our core mission and value proposition have not changed, iJET has grown beyond our original business plan. iJET's brand change is part of the natural progression of a maturing company with a successful track record and an innovative vision for an expanding market."

Upon its founding in 1999, iJET was initially focused on delivering real-time destination intelligence and alerts to the travel industry. Since then, the company has enhanced and expanded its services to meet the intelligence, emergency, and crisis response needs of corporate clients. Today, iJET is a leading provider of risk management systems and services designed to mitigate the operational risks faced by multinational organizations and their employees. The company's new name — iJET Intelligent Risk Systems — encompasses the firm's expanded mission and identified strengths in global intelligence, technology, and service.

"iJET's clients have critical operations in high-risk areas across the globe, and their security and risk management executives are charged with the task of protecting the people, facilities and assets that power them, said Hank DeGeneste, former Global Security Director for Prudential Financial. "iJET is the first company to offer an integrated solution for the broadest of corporate security and business continuity needs."

The latest enhancements to iJET's Worldcue® Risk Management System offer clients a bird's-eye view of the threats posed to their people and global assets, with the tools for instantaneous emergency response at their fingertips. Additional information about iJET and its services can be found on the company's newly redesigned Web site at www.ijet.com
