iJET Promotes Carol Lazio to Vice President of Client Services

Annapolis, Maryland - January 7, 2003 - iJET Travel Intelligence (iJET), the travel risk management company, today announced the promotion of Carol Lazio to the position of Vice President of Client Services. In her new role with the company, Ms. Lazio will oversee all client services at iJET, including management of iJET´s around-the-clock Customer Service and Hotline operations.

"We are committed to keeping travelers safe and informed while on the road, and under Carol's leadership we will continue to provide our clients with the best customer service experience possible," stated iJET CEO Bruce McIndoe. Ms. Lazio was formerly a Project Manager for the Technology Group and Director of Client Services at iJET. Prior to joining iJET, she was the Director of Internet Technologies at AC Software Inc., where she played an integral role in coordinating, managing and directing the design, development and release of software. She also managed partnership relations and integrations, as well as the company´s customer and technical support.
