Kroll and iJET Launch Total Travel Risk Management Program for Corporate Clients
Annapolis, Maryland and New York, New York - July 15, 2002 - Kroll Inc. (Nasdaq: KROL), the
global risk consulting company, and iJET Travel Intelligence, the travel risk
management company, today announced the launch of a comprehensive travel risk
management program for corporations and their traveling executives. The two companies,
which recently formed an alliance to provide iJET´s travel intelligence services
to Kroll´s clientele, have now integrated their information, security, and crisis
management services to provide clients with one-stop shopping for all their travel-related
security needs.

Crucible, which maintains an 88-acre learning center in northern Virginia, is noted for
providing security training, consulting services and operational support to the
government, the United Nations and multinational corporations. Founded by Kelly
McCann, a former special operations officer, Kroll's new division not only provides
executive protection services but also trains executive protection professionals.
Its training programs for corporate executives include intensive seminars on safe
travel, surveillance detection, abduction avoidance, and other relevant topics.
