Amadeus Signs WithiJET Travel Intelligence

Annapolis, Maryland - July 10, 2001 - iJET Travel Intelligence, the travel industry´s only private intelligence organization, has entered into an agreement with Amadeus, one of the world’s leading global distribution systems, to provide an array of travel information services, including customized travel intelligence reports and alerts.

iJET Travel Intelligence will provide Amadeus with its Worldcue® services. Travel professionals in the U.S. who use Amadeus, the first browser-based e-business platform for travel agents, will have immediate access to the latest travel intelligence on more than 150 countries and key cities.

iJET will also begin posting timely announcements on Amadeus´ home page alerting agencies to any breaking travel intelligence.

"The Amadeus network of agents is a leading provider of international trips. We consider this a great opportunity to showcase the value of our intelligence services," said iJET CEO John Power. "Travel conditions can change at a moment's notice, turning a productive trip into a potential disaster. We have the power to alert and advise clients on situations around the globe."

David Harben, Travel Agency Market Manager for Amadeus North America, said the new agreement with iJET highlights Amadeus´ continuing effort to use the latest technology to help its agents and their clients.

"We pride ourselves on being on technology's leading edge and offering our users and their customers the most up-to-date travel information and services in the industry," Harben said. "iJET Travel Intelligence service will put a world of intelligence at the fingertips of our agents."

iJET, through its suite of Worldcue services, will enable Amadeus agents to provide individual travelers with real-time personalized travel intelligence, including instant travel alerts. The service also allows agents to alert clients of changing conditions within a destination before and during a trip.

WorldcuePro, launched in April 2000, is a Web-based "smart system" that caters to the needs of travel agents, reservation clerks, and corporate security professionals. WorldcueTraveler, launched in June, covers the traveler's specific itinerary and personal profile to deliver customized intelligence reports for more than 150 countries and a dozen cities. Users also receive alerts while they travel that may impact the trip.

iJET´s Global Intelligence Database draws from more than 5,000 sources. The information is analyzed, verified and distilled into practical, personalized and easily accessible intelligence that helps travelers avoid potential problems.
