iJET Names Elizabeth Doubleday Senior Vice President of Client Services and Marketing

Appointment Underscores iJET's Commitment to Client Service and Satisfaction

Annapolis, Maryland - March 9, 2010

ANNAPOLIS, MD. (March 9, 2010) – iJET Intelligent Risk Systems, a leading provider of global intelligence and business resiliency services, announced the promotion of Elizabeth Doubleday to Senior Vice President of Client Services and Marketing. In this expanded role, Doubleday will oversee all client-centric initiatives including quality of service delivery, iJET’s Client Advisory Council and product preview programs, in addition to continuing to lead the company’s communication and marketing strategies. The integration of client services and marketing provides a holistic view of the client and prospect experience, ensuring that client needs are met and directly reflected in all of iJET’s products and services.

“Our clients are leaders in their industries and by drawing upon their expertise, insights and real-world experiences we are presented with an invaluable opportunity to further collaborate and align their needs with our current and future offerings,” said Steve Hoffman, iJET’s CEO. “Elizabeth’s expertise in strategic marketing, coupled with her understanding of clients’ challenges and the industry, make her an indispensable member of our team. As we continue to grow our company, we look forward to tapping into Elizabeth’s impressive skill set to ensure we meet, and exceed, the high level of quality and service our clients have come to expect from iJET.”

In her previous position as Vice President of Marketing, Doubleday was responsible for leading iJET’s strategic marketing and communications efforts, where she was instrumental in helping to advance the company’s place as a leader in the business resiliency industry. Doubleday also played a significant role in integrating client engagement with product and service development by introducing product preview programs, where a select group of clients are given an advance look at upcoming products and encouraged to provide feedback on their overall functionality, service direction and relevance to business needs. Client input collected through this initiative has shaped recent enhancements to iJET’s patented Worldcue® Global Control Center, including its Online Reports, Employee Locator and Employee Locator Reports solutions.

Doubleday also spearheaded the establishment of iJET’s Client Advisory Council, a diverse group of clients comprised of key industry experts and the leading risk management, travel and corporate security executives from top multinational organizations. The Council’s mission is to help guide and further advance iJET’s Worldcue solution set by providing feedback on product and service development, giving recommendations for key enhancements to existing tools and sharing overall insight into the challenges facing today’s businesses. The Council meets with iJET’s senior management and product teams on a biannual basis.

Prior to joining iJET, Doubleday held several management positions in the field of marketing, including serving as the Senior Director of Corporate Communications and Customer Marketing at Saba, a publicly traded software and services company providing human capital management solutions to large corporate and government organizations worldwide, as well as Director of Marketing for THINQ Learning Solutions, a privately held learning management technology company (acquired by Saba in May 2005), where she was responsible for leading all corporate marketing initiatives. Doubleday holds a B.A. in psychology from Brandeis University and a Masters of Social Work from Boston University.
