iJET Names William Gibson, Former Chairman and CEO of Manugistics, Non-Executive Chairman of the Board

Annapolis, Maryland - February 22, 2006 - iJET Intelligent Risk Systems today announced the appointment of William "Bill" Gibson as non-executive Chairman of its Board of Directors. Gibson was formerly founder and CEO of Manugistics (NASDAQ: MANU) and currently serves on its Board. Gibson joined iJET's Board in March of 2004 as an independent director, and has been actively involved in overseeing the company's evolution into a nationally recognized firm for monitoring global risks, protecting corporations' employees and assets, and helping clients effectively respond in times of emergency.

"After serving on iJET's Board for two short years I've seen the company double in size and witnessed an unprecedented level of maturation in its technology and vision,' said Gibson. "I'm proud to have been appointed Chairman of such a promising company, and look forward to helping management keep the momentum going as we build value for clients, employees, and shareholders in the years ahead."

Gibson pioneered the supply chain management software and services market when he founded Manugistics Group, Inc. in 1986. He grew the company into a multinational firm with revenues in excess of $250 million before retiring in 2001. Since then, Gibson has served as Managing Partner of The Albermarle Group, a privately held investment firm and serves on the Board of Directors of companies such as Deposco, Frictionless Commerce, Solid State Equipment Corporation and Lynnco. Bill rejoined the Manugistics Board of Directors in the fall of 2005, and is also a member of the Board of Directors for Venture Philanthropy Partners and the Board of Regents for Villanova University.

"We're excited to have someone of Bill's caliber head our Board as we seek to balance aggressive growth in our lines of business with adherence to the best practices in corporate governance," said Bruce McIndoe, iJET's CEO. "Bill has a track record of doing both for Manugistics, and that has made him an invaluable counselor and mentor for our leadership team over the past two years."
