It is optional for you to provide personal information (such as health and activity information), and unique identifiers, but doing so permits iJET to provide a more personalized Worldcue TRAVELER report.

iJET takes commercially reasonable precautions to protect our users' information. When our registration and personal profile forms ask users to enter sensitive information (such as travel, health and activity information), that information is transmitted to us using industry-standard SSL encryption. Scope
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") applies to personal information about our clients and their employees transferred from the European Union to iJET in the United States in any format, including electronic, paper, or verbal.

Definitions
For purposes of this Policy, the following definitions shall apply: "Agent" means any third party that collects or uses personal information under the instructions of, and solely for, iJET.

"iJET" means iJET International, a Maryland-based corporation in the United States. incorporated as iJET International, Inc.

iJET may use and disclose personal information about individuals residing in the European Union and Switzerland as necessary to respond to legal process (for example, a court order, search warrant or subpoena); in other circumstances in which iJET believes its products or services are being used in the commission of a crime; when we have a good faith belief that there is an emergency that poses a threat to the safety of you or another person; or when necessary to protect our

Unless otherwise directed by a corporate client or otherwise required by law, iJET will seek your affirmative and explicit consent (opt-in) to the disclosure of sensitive personal information to a non-agent third party or to the use of such information for a purpose other than the purpose for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by the individual.

iJET will provide individuals with reasonable mechanisms to exercise their choices, unless an iJET product or service is purchased by an individual’s employer on behalf of the individual, in which case the employer will determine the method and means by which the individual will be provided opt-out and opt-in mechanisms.

Data Integrity: iJET will use personal information only in ways that are compatible with the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently authorized by the individual or directed by an employer that has purchased iJET products or services on behalf of its employees. iJET will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is relevant to its intended use, accurate, complete, and current.

Onward Transfer to Employers: If an iJET product or service is purchased by an individual’s employer on behalf of the individual, iJET may transfer personal information to the employer for its legitimate business purposes, including, without limitation, for purposes of risk management and/or crisis response.

Onward Transfer to Agents: Where iJET transfers personal data to an agent providing products and/or services on its behalf, iJET will obligate such agents to safeguard such information in a manner consistent with this Policy and the Safe Harbor Principles, and will limit use of such information by the agent to that which is necessary to provide the products or services for which the information has been disclosed.
