Intelligence Analysts – Weekend and Overnight Shifts Available
iJET International is seeking intelligence analysts to support the company’s 24/7 mission from its North America Intelligence Operations Center in Annapolis, MD. iJET's regional intelligence teams provide actionable, time-sensitive information to help clients mitigate threats against employees and assets around the globe.
As an analyst, you will engage in thorough daily monitoring and reporting, handle hotline calls, and write time-sensitive alerts and situation reports. You will liaise with clients, respond to specific inquiries and advise staff deployed abroad under diverse circumstances. Shift work is required.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience;
- Significant previous international travel to, or period of residency, abroad (Asia preferred);
- Excellent oral and written communications skills;
- Familiarity with major urban transportation systems, airports and road networks in order to evaluate incident impact;
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills, attention to detail and the ability to produce on tight deadlines essential;
- Working knowledge of at least one foreign language required;
- Knowledge of energy sector, business continuity, emergency management or incident support is preferred, but will train the right candidate.
Specific Duties:
- Scan major global news sources and other daily feeds for tactical alert reporting and/or location database creation and updates (standard intelligence);
- Answer hotline calls for the duration of daily shift;
- Monitor with an emphasis on security and transportation issues, especially those incidents or issues that adversely affect travel or fixed assets;
- Work in conjunction with iJET’s US-based regional managers to ensure proper coverage during overnight and weekend hours; coordinate with overseas regional analysts throughout shift;
- Overnight shifts are 12-hours long; four shifts back-to-back followed by four days off (dedicated “mid” shift rotations last for a maximum of six months before the employee returns to day shift duty for agreed upon period); shift differential pay applies to mid shifts for full-time employees;
- Weekend shifts are 9am-9pm (commitment need not be every weekend)

This position will be reporting to the VP of Software Development working as member of iJET’s software development group. The developer will work with the development team to develop various web-based applications to be used by iJET’s clients. The position will be a combination of maintenance and new development work using Java.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide support to existing systems.

Program Manager, World Bank Security Operations Center
Summary Description
Under the general direction of the Vice President of Professional Services, this position will manage and grow iJET’s operations at the World Bank Group in Washington, DC. The Program Manager will be iJET’s primary liaison with the Bank, especially the WBG Contract Manager. On a daily basis, the PM works closely with the WBG Contract Manager to set priorities for the SOC and ensure that team is meeting all deliverables in a timely manner. The PM has direct operational control of all SOC personnel. The PM is the Bank’s single point of contact for all communications. The PM will be responsible for managing the overall coordination, reporting, and administration of the SOC including oversight of worldwide operational intelligence and Washington DC systems monitoring responsibilities of the SOC. The PM will develop and administer the metrics to be used to measure and evaluate performance and interface directly with both the Bank's representatives and iJET leadership to ensure that staffing and other technical services are delivered according to contract scope and service level agreements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

PM responsibilities include oversight of all iJET staff at the Bank. Serves as the senior point of contact for all communication with the client and is the primary liaison for contractor management. The PM has program oversight of all watch functions and is the senior party on site for all iJET contractor operations at the World Bank. Due to their responsibility to oversee the SOC and the client program on site, the PM will be available during regular business hours and not on shift rotation.

Intelligence Operations Management: The PM will oversee the core operational intelligence functions of the SOC, such as collection, quality control, training and delivery of SOC intelligence products and reports directly to the client. The PM is responsible for directing policies and guidelines for contractor staff and overseeing liaison between SOC personnel and relevant stakeholders (iJET Annapolis, Security Focal Points, units within Corporate Security, etc.)

Systems Monitoring Management: The PM will ensure that the SOC provides support for the threat rating data base, travel alert system and business intelligence services in addition to WBG proprietary systems, security databases and security monitoring system. S/he is responsible for directing policies and guidelines for contractor staff.

Project Support: The PM will engage with the WBG Contract Manager to engage and support corporate security projects that potentially impact iJET operations.

Personnel Management: The PM will act as a facilitator of communications for the entire program by organizing and arranging internal and customer meetings, delivering reports, program schedules, agendas and meeting minutes, ensuring program deliverables are provided on-time and up to the Team’s quality standards, managing and escalating issues, and performing overall program risk management.
Education and Work Experience
The PM must have strong experience managing security operations and have the ability to supervise operations staff personnel. The PM should be self- motivated, highly flexible and possess strong initiative and leadership qualities. Strong written, verbal communications and program management skills are essential. The ability to clearly speak, read, and write the English language is essential.
