Bruce McIndoe | CEO
Bruce is a recognized leader in the risk management, travel and intelligence industries. An iJET founder, Bruce has been the key contributor to the company’s strategic growth, securing its position as a leader in business resiliency with the development of the Worldcue® Global Control Center. Prior to joining iJET, Bruce was founder and CEO of CSSI, an Inc. 500 and four-time Washington Technology FAST 50 company that developed software for the intelligence community. He has also served as a lead architect on intelligence programs for the US government. He is a trustee of Allegheny College, where he received a BS in Physics, and holds a MS in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University.

     

 

John Rose | Chief Operating Officer
John oversees iJET's day-to-day operations, including the company's intelligence, response operations and business development. Prior to joining iJET, John spent 15 years at Travel Guard Worldwide, a Chartis company, where he advanced to the position of division president. He also served as Program Director of the US Department of Defense's Travel and Information department in Naples, Italy, for 4 years. Throughout his career, John has built a deep expertise in managing complex international travel operations, focusing on risk management, security and cost containment. John is an active member of the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) Industry Advisory Council and GBTA Risk Management Committee. A former US Marine, John has also served on the Commonwealth Business Travel Group Board, American Express Business Travel Advisory Board and as Vice Chairman of the American Society of Travel Agents' Corporate Advisory Council. John is a frequent speaker and subject matter expert on international travel risk.

     
     

 

Mark Griffith | Chief Information Officer
Mark brings more than 22 years of experience to iJET’s senior leadership team, including expertise in deploying and managing critical, high-availability systems and services in industries such as nuclear power, aviation, and healthcare. He joined iJET in 2006 as Director of Operations Technology and was later promoted to Vice President of Operations Technology. Before joining iJET, Mark spent over 10 years with ARINC, Inc., rising to Senior Technical Program Manager. Prior to ARINC, Mark was both a Nuclear Engineer and Software Developer for the Department of Defense at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, an M.S. in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University, and an M.B.A. from the R.H. Smith School of Business at University of Maryland College Park.
