
STEVE HOFFMAN
Chief Executive Officer
Steve provides overall leadership to iJET’s business, including strategic direction, planning and execution of the company's growth and development initiatives. He brings more than 28 years of senior leadership experience to the management team. Prior to joining iJET, he served as the CEO of Element K, a business-to-business learning business process outsourcing company, where he repositioned the company for consistent and sustainable market leadership. Element K was acquired by NIIT in 2006 and Steve subsequently oversaw the successful integration of the two companies. Prior to Element K, Steve served as the President and COO of Blackboard Inc., a leader in enterprise learning software, where he was instrumental in rapidly growing revenues and profits. Previously, Steve served as President and CEO of Sylvan Prometric (later, Prometric Thomson Learning), where he established the company as an industry leader as well as dramatically expanded the company's presence globally. Before joining Prometric, Steve served in senior management positions at Computer Task Group, an international provider of IT outsourcing and system integration services. Steve began his career with IBM. He holds a BA and MBA from the University of Rochester.

Bruce McIndoe
President
Bruce is a recognized leader in the risk management, travel and intelligence industries. As an iJET founder, Bruce has been the key contributor to the company’s strategic growth, securing its position as a leader in business resiliency with the development of the Worldcue® Global Control Center. Prior to joining iJET, Bruce was the founder and CEO of CSSI, an Inc. 500 and four-time Washington Technology FAST 50 company that developed software for the intelligence community. He also served as a lead architect on one of the most productive intelligence programs in the National Security Agency’s (NSA) history. He is a trustee of Allegheny College where he received a BS in Physics, and holds a MS in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University.

Marty Pfinsgraff
Chief Operating Officer
Marty carries responsibility for iJET’s business processes and operations, with a focus on sales, marketing, partnerships and the client experience. He brings over 20 years experience in international finance, investments and capital markets to iJET. He was formerly President of Capital Markets at Prudential Securities where he was a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. He had previously served as CFO of Prudential Securities and Treasurer of Prudential Insurance Company. Marty began his career at Mellon Bank in 1977. Marty previously served as a trustee of Allegheny College where he received a BA in Psychology. He holds a MBA from the Harvard Business School, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Greg Meyer
Chief Technology Officer
Greg oversees iJET’s strategic technology direction and intellectual property portfolio. He has more than 20 years experience in enterprise-level systems integration including eight years as a contractor to US intelligence agencies. He is the former CTO of Nichols InfoTec Corporation and Technology Director for TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. Greg also has extensive experience at the CIO level of Fortune 50 and Global 200 companies. Greg is a noted technology author and speaker on enterprise architecture, large-scale web-based implementation, and technology strategy. He is a graduate of Lawrence University and Emory University.

Kelly Davis-Stoudt
Chief Financial Officer
Kelly is responsible for iJET’s financial strategy as well as legal, human resources and administration. She brings more than 15 years of financial leadership experience to iJET with expertise spanning all facets of corporate financial management, from compliance and credit management to international-subsidiary oversight and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining the iJET Leadership Team, Kelly served as acting CFO for Manugistics Group, Inc., a global provider of supply chain management software solutions. Prior to her tenure at Manugistics, Kelly served as a senior accountant for Arthur Andersen LLP. She is a licensed CPA and a graduate of the University of Maryland.

Bruce Biesecker
Vice President, Client Services and Product Management
Bruce is accountable for iJET’s clients’ overall experience and satisfaction as well as for the product management of iJET’s Worldcue® Global Control Center. Before joining iJET, he was Senior Director of Service Delivery at MCI responsible for the entire implementation and quality assurance process for MCI’s Enterprise Hosting organization. Prior to MCI, Bruce was Director, Client Services at Digex (purchased by MCI in 2002), where he had complete life-cycle responsibility for all clients. Bruce helped manage the nearly 2000% growth of the company’s enterprise client base. Prior to Digex, Bruce was the Director of Information Systems at Information, Inc. He holds a degree in MIS from VA Polytechnic Institute and State University (VA Tech).

Andrew Chester
Vice President, Global Information Services
Andrew is responsible for the development and delivery of iJET’s intelligence programs and directs the company’s government sales organization. He brings to iJET broad experience in developing intelligence solutions for international trade risks. Andrew was the architect of NATO’s Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) initiative, overseeing the alliance’s groundbreaking developments in that discipline. During his two-decade career in Canadian naval intelligence, he developed a coordinated maritime-surveillance program for the Canadian government and held posts within the United Nations and the U.S. Office of Naval Intelligence. He is a graduate of the Royal Military College of Canada and the U.S. Naval War College, holds a Master’s degree from the Norman Patterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University and a J.D. from the College of William and Mary School of Law. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar.

Henry "Hank" DeGeneste
Vice President, Risk Management
Hank helps direct iJET’s overall business strategy and serves as a hands-on advisor to the security intelligence and product development teams. He most recently served as the Vice President of Global Security at Prudential Financial, and was a member of the firm’s Crisis Management Committee. Hank devised and managed all non-IT security strategies for the firm and its subsidiaries. Prior to his tenure at Prudential, Hank served as Director of Public Safety and Superintendent of Police for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Active in security and risk management industries, Hank has served as Chairman of the New York City chapter of the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS). He is a member of the Center for Strategic and International Studies, Transitional Threats Audit Advisory Group and serves on a New York State Task Force, Unified Against the Challenges of Terrorism. Hank is a graduate of Adelphi University with a B.A. in Business Management, a graduate of the FBI National Executive Institute IX and is a David Rockefeller Fellow.

Tom Dietz
Vice President, Software and Data Services
Tom spearheads the development of iJET’s patented Worldcue® technology platform and the company’s infrastructure platforms. With more than 20 years of senior information technology leadership experience, his hands-on and technology management expertise includes product development, enterprise architecture, as well as program and project management. Prior to iJET, Tom served as Vice President of Information Technology at Arbitron, an international media and marketing research firm, where he was accountable for the overall strategic plan and management of their technology projects. Tom is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from Loyola College and a Masters of Information Systems from Johns Hopkins University.

Elizabeth Doubleday
Vice President, Marketing
Elizabeth leads iJET’s strategic marketing and communications initiatives to support the company’s continued growth. She brings more than 15 years of senior marketing experience to iJET’s management team. Prior to iJET, Elizabeth was the Senior Director of Corporate Communications and Customer Marketing at Saba, a human capital management software and services company, where she managed all press and industry analyst relations as well as the customer communication program. Elizabeth previously served as the Director of Marketing for THINQ Learning Solutions, a privately held learning management technology company, where she was responsible for leading all corporate marketing initiatives. Elizabeth is a graduate of Brandeis University and Boston University.

Kathie Lia
Vice President, Travel Partnerships
Kathie is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with iJET’s travel partners and driving effective risk management solutions for the travel industry. She is a 17 year veteran of the travel industry, having worked with some of the largest airlines and travel companies, including Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Maritz and TWA. Most recently she served as Global Product Director, Safety and Security, at Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT), one of the world’s largest travel management companies. At CWT, Kathie developed, launched and managed CWT Guardian, the company’s suite of travel safety and security products. Kathie has served on several industry Marketing and Technology committees, including the Open Travel Alliance and the ATA Electronic Marketplace Committee. She is a graduate of the University of Kansas where she earned a B.A. in Personnel Administration and a B.A. in Political Science.

Richard Melody
Vice President, Operations
Rich leads iJET’s 24x7 intelligence operations and Worldcue®24 integrated emergency hotline service. He has more than 28 years experience as an intelligence professional and manager, including a well-decorated career with the National Security Agency (NSA) and Air Force Intelligence. He has lived and worked in Germany, Italy, England, Spain and Australia. Before joining iJET, Rich worked in the Operations Directorate of the NSA, where he most recently served as a branch manager of a real-time Watch Operation. He is also a Professionalized Language Analyst at NSA, a certified Adjunct Faculty Instructor at the National Cryptologic School, and a graduate of the NSA Military Linguist Program. Rich holds a B.A. in Russian Area Studies with a minor in Business Management from the University of Maryland, an A.A.S. in Interpreting and Translating, and an Aerospace Management Certificate from the Community College of the Air Force.
